Sourced, produced and bottled from the Johnson Estate in the Waihopai Valley of Marlborough, New Zealand. The wines are certified Sustainable Wine growing and Bio-dynamic (check out what Bio-dynamic is here: http://tinyurl.com/deqqk9 ). Not a wine for aging the Winemaker suggests drinking the wine within the next 3 years.
The color is a very pale, very clear straw yellow. The nose is huge, apricots, pears, grapefruit, then dusty minerals, a very pleasing bouquet. The flavor is tart fruit upfront that transitions to soft tropical fruit. The finish is lemon/lime. A nice balance between the mild sweetness of the initial fruit and the acidity of the finish. A very tasty wine, equally at home being sipped on the back porch on a warm summer’s evening or for pairing with spicy food in your favorite Asian restaurant .

Perhaps Champion Dave is not quite the champion he professes to be as he may want to double check his facts and actually get his facts right before publishing information….or stick to drinking beer and leave talking about wines to those in the know.
Stated above is that Spy Valley is “certified” as a bio-dynamic producer?? Check your facts please!!!!
Well, I never said certified biodynamic, I said certified sustainable and biodynamic ( you see no certified before the biodynamic?), and whats wrong with drinking beer. One of us is lacking in their facts and it seems to be you.
