Cristalino Brut Cava

Such a good wine. This Cava has proven to be my favorite of all the cheap bubbles out there. I’ve had this wine more than 5 different times. I think the reason I keep buying it is it’s above average quality in an $8 bottle. You can’t go wrong with that. After doing a little research I just found that the Cristalino Cava was #3 on the wine.com top 100 list of 2007.

The Cristalino has a classic color with good bubbles. I get a little yeast, just enough to keep it rich. In the mouth I taste a little citrus and apple flavors. Its very smooth and crisp.

Be aware that the extra dry is not the same as the normal Brut. I plan on buying this release up so get it while you can.
