So fruity and sweet. This wine is the perfect summer afternoon sweet wine to drink on the porch. I bought this bottle at Wegmans grocery store. I bought this wine because, well because it was cheap! It was under $10 and you don’t see many Rieslings under $10.
One the nose I was picking up some pear, but more of an unripened pear that a fully juicy pear. There was also a very little bit of honey on the nose. When I took my first sip I said “whoa!” I couldn’t believe the fruit flavor that came through on the mouth. And the finish was very sweet as well. I got a lot of pear and sweet apricot with crisp acidity. I really liked this wine but it really is very sweet. Good Riesling for the price.
