Cellar No. 8 Zinfandel 2005

This is what I’m talking about right here. What don’t I like about this wine?… I love the price, the labeling, the nose, the mouth. Everything comes together to make this a winner. This is a great wine to take to a party. Everything about it is original and its less than $8 at winelibrary.com! Wine Library, by the way is a great online wine distributor… and believe me I get nothing for saying that.
So lets get into the nose. On the nose I got a lot of florial, mostly rose petals. I also got juicy cherry aroma and some vauge spice. I also picked up a little oak and chocolate. A very nice nose. In the mouth I got more of the same and was happy to find this wine was so well balanced and smooth. There was a little bit of spice and what I would describe as chocolate covered cherries. It has a really nice finish that holds the chocolate and oak. This wine is ready to drink now. Enjoy!
