For those who don’t know, Malbec is Argentina’s most popular varietal. The TriVento Malbec lives up to its reputation. We found the nose of this wine to be complex with aromas of rhasberry. The wine was well balanced with supple tannins. We tasted a little spice, cherry and a smokey finish.
Tivento means “three winds” and the winery is named after the three different winds that blow through the vineyard. I really liked this wine.

Try the Norton and the Montes. Both very good, and found both for under $10.00 (Norton Reserva Malbec, also very good – was about $15.00)
