Jacob’s Creek Cabernet Reserve 2004
September 23, 2008 by admin
Jacob’s creek is sold at grocery and convenience stores all over the country. Usually you will be buying a very average bottle of cheap wine but this bottle of 2004 reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the exception to my Jacob’s Creek expectation. All over the top of the label you can see the awards this wine has won. Two golds and two silvers from the different wine shows it was entered into. Overall this is a pretty good cab.
On the nose I got a sense of red berry. This cabernet is very well balanced with a taste of vinilla and berry flavors. Very nicely made wine.
