Medium-bodied Cabernet with a nose of cherry and rose petals. I tasted deep berry flavors, minerals and a cocoa finish. This is a pretty decent Cabernet from Columbia Crest. I don’t usually like their wines but this one was pretty good. Wine.com has the 2005 vintage for $16 and will probably soon have the 2006 Vintage.
